Lauren often develops her imagery through traditional printmaking processes. Her work explores layered compositions, built up through techniques such as monoprinting, Tetra Pak printing, and plate monoprint methods. These hands-on approaches allow her to create rich, textured visuals that bring depth and character to her illustrations.
